Supervise the launch and daily operation of a card grading facility, overseeing receiving, research, encapsulation, quality control, imaging, invoicing, and shipping. Establish workflows, schedules, productivity goals, KPIs, and procedures while coaching, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees. Resolve customer submission discrepancies, support revenue and profit targets, collaborate cross-functionally, and occasionally travel to West Coast trade shows and events.
