Owns the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, requirements, delivery, and lifecycle for T-Mobile's in-home managed Wi-Fi experience. Partners with engineering, network, firmware, Care, vendors, and business teams to improve Wi-Fi reliability, telemetry, troubleshooting, customer support, and satisfaction. Leads prioritization, build-buy-partner evaluations, cross-functional delivery, executive communication, risk management, and operational readiness for broadband and connected-home capabilities.
